why is she not on census and vouchers

Hi< Im really new to this and ahave managed to find my great grandmothers maiden name and place of birth. She would have been 17 in 1901 but I cant find her on the census, Any ideas? Also, does anyone know where I can buy a voucher for 1901 census. I live in Enfield. Nr Hert Thanks Kerry

most possibly mistranscribed, what was her surname??? names are often transcibed wrong. Pearce becomes Pierce etc. as to buying the vouchers try your main library.

Thanks, her name was Martha Elizabeth Root, ive found a few Martha Roots but not of the right age.
