why is she not on census and vouchers

Hi< Im really new to this and ahave managed to find my great grandmothers maiden name and place of birth. She would have been 17 in 1901 but I cant find her on the census, Any ideas? Also, does anyone know where I can buy a voucher for 1901 census. I live in Enfield. Nr Hert Thanks Kerry |

most possibly mistranscribed, what was her surname??? names are often transcibed wrong. Pearce becomes Pierce etc. as to buying the vouchers try your main library. |

Thanks, her name was Martha Elizabeth Root, ive found a few Martha Roots but not of the right age. |
