My gran was 'sectioned' in the forty's and died in the institution. Does anybody know how I would find any information on her? Thanks, James |

Hi, I have a similar situation. Certain records are closed for 75 years. However, in 2005 under the new freedom of information act we should be able to get access, or so Gwent RO told me. Gwynne |

There's at least one thread on a similar topic. I'd try "medical records" in the thread-search and see if anything useful turns up. Christine |
