Where was he born? There are several James Churchills of about the right age.

hi all, can anyone find James Henry Churchill for me please!!!! i can't find him on 1881, i've got him on 1891 aged 26, so he would have been 16 in 1881, can't find him on any census before 1891, thanks for your help, chris.
