acrobat reader 5.1 help needed please

ive just recieved some info by another member regarding our connection,but i cant open it! it is in pdf. it keeps telling me that an error has occurred processing the page. i sent it to someone else who opened it with no problems.am i doing something wrong:( susie |

Hi Susie, Do you have Adobe Acrobat reader installed? If not go to http://www.adobe(.)com/ remove the brackets. Half way down on the left hand side theres an option that says get reader click on that, it will take you to a page you can download the free version of Adobe. :D Sioux |

sioux yep,ive got version 5.1.the info that ive recieved is on version 2.1. my mate has also got 5.1 and she can open it. im baffled as to why i cant susie |

ive just upgraded my acrobat to 6.0.1 and my pdf now opens thankyou all for your help susie |
