With brick walls all all around I have decided to trace the tree sideways for a bit. I have found this on the 1901 census. My question is - do you think the two youngest are the children of Jane - I would think at 57 Emily would be a bit old? Don't really want to buy certificates - but would they clearthe mystery up anyway? Alice?

Ellen was "married" in 1891 census, no husband in sight and she had an occupation - this suggests he was no longer living with the family.

Thank you for that George - I had missed it somehow . I am looking for ellen and Williams marriage - guess it may have been in the same church. Actually it may help break down one of those walls - Will investigate further tomorrow! Alice
