Hope someone living in Brighton can help. My G. Grandfather Rev Edward Storrow of the Minister of Sudley Chapel Congregational Church in 1901 and his son Arthur Hay Storrow was elected Minister at East Brighton. My questions are:- Does Sudley chapel still exist? His last know address was 8 chichester Street Brighton in the 1901 census when he was 82 years of age. Is this the Church address or a house address maybe connected to the Church. Does the Church have a burial ground where he may be buried and his wife Annie and unmarried daughter Gertrude 46 in 1901? Many thanks, I am in Australia but plan on taking a trip down memory lane in 2005. Katrina

Hello I put the two names into Google (one at a time). Storrow seems to be a far-north English name if the sites are any indicator - for Edward. I think you should have a look at this link though: http://booth.lse.ac.uk/cgi-bin/do.pl?sub=retrieve_catalogue_notebook&args=b247 and use the page-search to find "storrow". There's a specific reference. Perhaps you've already found it? Haven't found anything to answer your queries yet, though. Christine
