OK, folks, desperation is setting in here! I have gone to import/export tree, I have deleted my tree (except me)...for some extraordinary reason it seems to think I am my greatgrandmother and leaves her as the 'root' person....but I go in an edit that information so that the name, dob and place of birth is mine, I save my PAF file as a GEDCOM file, ANSI text thing it, select it, hit up load....and after a while it takes me to the opening page of GR asking me to register. But I'm all ready registered (hence my ability to post a message). Any idea what on earth is going on here? I've tried 4 times so far this evening with no luck at all. Liz |

Elizabeth I posted a question about exporting trees recently. Got lots of advice. Try Exporting trees for dummies(me) in the thread line of tips board, I am sure one of my contributors can help you. I am still a Dummie Hope all goes well Jan in Oz |

Elizabeth I think there is a prob with trees at the moment. Someone else was complaining in a thread on the General Board about a similar prob. I don't think its the software or wahtever is very stable. I had probs a month or so ago, but it eventually came right. Best of luck Gerry |
