Annabel i found this in the 1881 William Barton H 22 Boston lincoln Horsekeeper Sarah E barton W 22 Earthhamsted Berks Charles E Barton S 1 Fulham living at 13 Dowell Mews London Middlesex RG/11 0067/31 Regards Julie p.s i couldn't find them on the 1891

Hi Julie just been taking a look at the 1901 pages orchard place ran off Mulgrave rd, no I have not found them in the 1881 my gran was born 1882 she had a brother charles who was 20 in 1901 have been trying but no luck her father was william barton no sign of him inthe 1901 her mother listed as head but married. ANN

Annabel my brother told me that if the street wasn't complete they never did the census did you find her parents on the 1881

My grandmother was living at 11 ochard place in the 1901 census and when she got married in 1902. She was a Sarah Barton can not find her in the 1891 census thanks ANN

adding on to what Sue has said and to bring it up to how Fulham is now Clem Atlee est is about a 10-15 mins walk from Mulgrave rd Star road, Mulgrave rd leads off of it.

I got this off the Lost London Streets website. Orchard Place, Fulham A-Z Ref 6H 75 - Now Gone - Was where Clem Atlee Estate now is. Orchard Street, Fulham A-Z Ref 6H 75 - Now Gone - Was off the N/S of what was a much longer Fane Street(than present times) and led to what is now Star Road. Hope this helps Sue
