Member Since: November 2002 Posts: 0 Send Message	I am having trouble downloading the browser plug in for djvu on 1837. I follow all the instructions but it won't download. It goes throught all the procedures which leads me to believe that it done its job but nothing. Am I doing something wrong? I have just paid to view 1837 but it keeps asking me to download again. Maybe I'm being a woos. Any help appreciated - Shirli

Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 487 Send Message	Hi Shirli, I had the same problem the other day. I then downloaded the full version option with no problem. Once it is on your computer, you have to double click to start install. best regards Shona
