I think I need to get a 1891 census for the derbyshire area. I have got a date that matches my gr grandmothers birth, in belper but cannot find any matches on the 1901 census. Dont know where to go from here

mary ellen burns, b 1885 in belper. but no trace of her from there I have looked on the 1901 census but no mary ellen born in belper
