Please can anyone tell me how to find out about my grandfather . I know that he married in 1893 in India and that he was a surveyor in the army and was a captain when he died. He was the garrison engineer at Peshawar before he died sometime before 1935. His name was Charles Edward Bayliss On my aunt's birth certificate he is listed as Welsh. Thankyou, Teresa
