Would someone check James' birthplace on the Census for me? It would be a great help to check if it really says Wenboro Green or Wisborough Green - then I should get the right Birth Certificate! Many thanks for reading this. Angela

Angela, In 1871 it says Wisborough Green and James is 36. In 1891 it says Wisborough Green and he's 48. and he's listed as 60 when he died in 1897. He was probably born before 1837 so you won't find a birth cert. You could try ordering the marriage cert.
