Added by Helen Little Nell ptfg on 14/11/2004 14:23:43 Brenda I'm too daft to manage images, but when I find a transcript, I cut and paste and then tidy it up like this: 1. Drag the mouse over the area you want to copy, holding down the left hand button. 2. Hold down the control key and the C key [c for cut!] 3. Go to where you want to copy it - ie the add message box on the message board, and press control key + V [for victory!]. Then I delete unnecessary bits, and extra spaces - or I put in some spaces, whichever I think makes it easier to read. nell whoopee thankyou look what i did!!!!!!!!!!!!! brenda x

could someone please answer a query from a divvy with a computer. when some people post replies to a record lookup, the reply is done so neatly, listing the family and ages etc. is that because they have copied it perfectly or done some sort of cut and paste thingy? if it is cut and paste how do you do that when you reply to someone? many thanks brenda x
