Hi to all, I have bought credits for 1837 and found to my horror that I cannot open the documents as they are Javascript, could some kind soul point me in the right direction, as I have tried and tried and tried. Many thanks in hope.

philip, have you tried this : go to control panel then to internet options click on the " advanced" tab click on restore default settings than apply, then ok hope this works andrea

When I got images from 1837Online they were in DejaVu, which you needed to download first. I did have a problem at first when I tried to open them, but it was only that I needed to include a suffix ".djvu" to the names when I saved them. After that it was fine. Christine

Philip....it could be just that you need to download the Javascript software.....most PC's don't come with this.....you can obtain it, free of charge, here: www.java(.)com - Remember to remove the ( ) from the address. Judy
