Mandie She is on the 1871 census as Ann born Oaks which you can access on Durhamrecordsonline*.*com (remove asterisks). It is a pay to view site and unfortunately I don't have any credits left but it is well worth it if you have a couple of look ups to do. Thanks Andrea
