I had a problem about a week or so ago with familysearch and emailed them - apparently they're having problems with their servers which they are addressing Probably the same as everyone else - can't cope with all the extra interest there's been recently |

Are you going in via your favourites? maybe your cookies have been cleared? try typing in the site name from scratch, it may work - fingers crossed for you :)) |

I've just tried 1837 through my favourites and I couldn't get on, but typing in from scratch worked. Kath. x |

I lost out on 44 units due to the site being off-line the other night. So..........I decided to email them - explained my situation and asked if they would credit some or all back as a goodwill gesture. Delighted to say I got an email today confirming all 44 units reinstated - hurrah :O) |

Managed to get in earlier. Went to have a bath, then came back about 1/2 an hour ago - haven't been able to get back on since! Annoying as I have just found some new information and I needed to check it out!! |

Well I still can't get in and I've tried every which way! Really peeved because hubby is watching Spooks which gave me an hour to trawl through and FreeBMD is dead slow, can't get on my free ancestry and can't get on 1837! What a waste of an hour! And I've had a major breakthrough today on my great grandmother so loads of leads to follow up. Grrrrrrrr! Lorraine |
