I am fed up with trying to do this I have lost money because when I find something I want to look at it says to download either paf or whatever I already have the latest adobe downloaded but I have to download it for every page I view is that right I am sure I am doing something wrong please help before my Husband shoots me

Hi Valerie Tell you hubby to put that gun away! lol. Try downloading it in a different format. The last time I went on I saved them in tif. format and I think I used Applet the time before that. Jeanette x

Hi Valerie I'm no expert but isn't there a down load facility on 1901? If there is maybe do that,i've had problems with Adobe sometimes but no ida how i've got it to work.

I dont quite understand how to do it every time I want to look at an image that is each page I have to open a file first which takes ages as I dont have broadband I am sure your should not have to download it each time so how to I use the downloaded programme thanks ( and I have hidden the Gun)

I don't have broadband either and although I have Adobe reader I have always used the applet option. It does take quite a while to come down for each image (about 20 seconds - seems ages!) Anne
