Please can someone tell me how I can find information about Northern Ireland Births, Marriages and Deaths? I have a marriage certificate for my grandfather who lived in Scotland, no date of birth and I can only remember roughly when he died. A relative has now told me he was born in Antrim, Ireland, and there was me thinking the family was Scottish! Is there any information available without travelling to Ireland? |

Charlotte I am also tracing my family from Belfast. You are best to start searching with; General Register Office, Oxford House, 49-55 Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 4HL Tel. 02890 252000. They will do a search for the name you have. Good Luck and let me know if you need any further assistance. Caz |
