Viewing Peoples Trees?

Hi Maggie Try contacting him again using the yellow box next to his name.Above the send there is a box with a tick.This should open your tree to him.If you untick it wont be seen by him.Hope that makes sense Perhaps I should have said it the other way round.Get him to contact you and leave the box ticked so you will see his tree Margaret |

Has anyone else had problems viewing other peoples trees, I am in contact with someone at the moment and we think we may share the same person in our tree but he says he has pressed the allow button but I still can't see his tree, he also says he has emailed GC and told them that he has pressed allow but I still can't see his tree but this was 3 days ago, is this a common problem or just mine? :-( Maggie |
