You probably all know this anyway,but i just found a great site that lets you look at the electoral rolls for free!!! As long as you have a surname and area. Its great. B4USearch.com worth a look!!!

It is a great site and I've used it several times. By coincidence, I used the site only half an hour ago and found that some of their information is way out of date. It gave me an address for someone, and they must have moved from there 4 or 5 years ago - in fact, the next people that lived there have also moved on!! But obviously that might only be some records. Mandy :)

Hi Maria, I used to use this site quite a lot but I now have a couple of electoral roll disk, it can be a great help, but I dont think it lists everyone i can find people on my disk that are not on there, also you need a region to search. If you cannot find what you are looking for though you can always post a request on here or the records office and someone, will help you. Regards Sheila
