If its causing probs, use system restore to go back to a date before you downloaded it.

Vera....you're better off without the Companion toolbar....they add spyware to your pc which will cause problems. Judy

No that has not helped just tells me that I have yahoo companion, but I havn't, as I just have yahoo version not yahoo companion version. Have just tried downloading toolbar again and message says Yahoo Companion Toolbar does not work with your current browser as it requires Microsoft Windows operating system. Well I have Microsoft Windows and I had toolbar before I download critical upgrades so now I am totally confused

Try right clicking with your mouse on the toolbar above and see list then select the tool required it could be msn.

Has anyone had problems with Yahoo Companion Toolbar after downloading critical upgrades for windows as suggested on here recently. As since downloading critical upgrades my toolbar has reverted back to a previous one and I cannot download the new version again, very annoying, as have lost my pop up blocker!! Presume there is something now blocking my blocker!!
