Hi,I started using teletext, before I got on internet ,and found three ex service and one old school friend,also found a relation,our grandads were brothers.Last week I had five phone calls from different people re like names and hometown,which we are following up.

I used page 151 for Lost Touch and got some help. Had a look at the Family Tree page 154 too. Trouble is sitting there waiting for the pages to turn over and then the teletext goes corrupt and you've missed the page you were waiting for!!!!!

Who?? I usually make a point of looking at these pages, 154 and 155 on Channel 4 teletext. They seem quite good, although I've never had a direct contact I was able to help a couple of people. I would like to know if ANYONE has had a success with these pages. Although I've mentioned them before on here no-one seems to be interested. Anne

I can't remember the exact page number (think it's 154) but on Teletext, Channel 4 there are pages of people searching for relatives/ancestors. Thought it might be worth checking out for some people. Love becx
