help with incoming images please.

Hi Not sure what kind of images you're dealing with but there's often a percentage option on Page Set-up (File menu, usually). That would allow you to make the image smaller - or larger - as necessary. Christine

Download IrfanView. It lets you manipulate image files in various ways. You have two things to adjust - image size and file size. Don't forget to never over-write the original files. Once you have decreased the file size by increasing the compression you will never get the detail back. Always view the file to check that it is still readable. You can often reduce the file size dramatically without losing any significant detail but other times you will find the file unusable hence the suggestion to never over-write the original file.
