Put the following into Google- Jepps hempstead -hemel The minus sign removes any "hits" that contain the word "hemel"

Me again, just looked at my UK atlas. Its on the B1054 to the right of Saffron Walden. Karen

Hiya I've got a list of Essex villages and what area they come under for the 1851 census, and Hempstead came under Saffron Walden, so its in that area somewhere. Karen

hi I,m trying to find the parentage of John Jepps b c 1816 hempstead essex. when i do a google search i keep getting Hemel hempstead can any one point me in the right direction please. Lesley
