Please help duplication problem

Hi I've somehow managed to enter my mother onto my tree twice, with slightly different names....but as she has parents and children in the tree I can't delete her....anyone else managed this???? Mandy

You will need to delete the children first, then her. Cazza

....I've tried that...but as I'm one of the children I can't delete myself as it's my tree!!!!!

Hi Just tried what Dave suggested with someone in my tree that I made a mistake with. Wont let me do it cos it wont let me save the changes without a first name, surname, year of birth etc. Ali

I did it!!!! I had to go a very roundabout way deleting all my mothers relatives except me and eventually it let me delete her!! Its taught me a lesson though.....always check in the relatives list before adding someone....in case they are already there!!! Thanks for the help Mandy
