I wonder if any one has any details on this surname,i'm pretty sure my g/mothers sister married into this name,i even think i met her in the 50's,just a try before i print some more $50 notes to give to 1837.I will check tomorrow i'm off to bed. John. |

Poor John! You sound so fed up. Just had a look on the 1901 census and there is only 1 Chuard listed. It is a female with the initial given as E, and the birthplace is given as Switzerland. This could be why you are finding them so hard to trace. Jeanette x |

Hi John, There are 13 people with that name on the 2003 electoral roll, also a member on here has a unknown Chuard in his tree. Let me know if you would like this list. Regards Sheila |
