I think you have made a mistake with some ages - 1891 says Rosamund is 1872 and Willie is 1880 - which case there probably wasn't a "family" in 1871.

Heidi, Your maths is out. If they are 19 and 11 in 1891 then they were born c1872 and c1880. There could be an error in the 1881 census. Perhaps Willie R and W Robt are the same person. 23 could be 23 months? Crista

Think I have Rosamond in 1901: There is a Rosamond Collins marrying a Ernest Ward in 1894 Elizabeth A Ward 3 Sheepbridge, Derbyshire, England Daughter Elmton Derbyshire Ellen Ward 4 months Creswell, Derbyshire, England Daughter Elmton Derbyshire Emily A Ward 5 Sheepbridge, Derbyshire, England Daughter Elmton Derbyshire Ernest Ward 31 Sheepbridge, Derbyshire, England Head Elmton Derbyshire John J Ward 1 Creswell, Derbyshire, England Son Elmton Derbyshire Rosamond Ward 27 Sheepbridge, Derbyshire, England Wife Elmton Derbyshire Seems like this could be her as the first child is Emily Agnes and there's a John J too. Heidi, I think you may have to splash out for one of the children's birth certs so you can get Agnes' maiden name. Once you have that it will make it a lot easier to find their marriage and John's father's name. Unfortunately, there are so many Collins. These look likely candidates: Births Jun 1879 Collins Willie Robert Chesterfield 7b 681 Births Dec 1881 Collins John Joseph Guisborough 9d 521 Births Sep 1884 Collins Thomas Arthur Guisbro' 9d 529 The Willie Robert one is interesting because that would make him around 23 months in 1881. Heidi, Found this on IGI: WILLIE ROBERT COLLINS Birth: 12 MAY 1879 Whittington, Chesterfield, Derby, England Death: 25 APR 1929 Parents: Father: JOHN COLLINS Family Mother: AGNES POULTON So this looks like their marriage. Rosamund must be 17 in 1891. That's how it was transcribed and she is 27 in 1901. Marriages Mar 1874 COLLINS John Sheffield 9c 605 Poulton Agnes Sheffield 9c 605 Births Mar 1841 Poulton Agnes Kensington 3 276 Crista
