Thanks Marjorie, I think I'll forget about info on LDS it may be a red herring as you say I'll carryon finding my own info and if it matches LDS then fine. kind regards Barbara

Hi, you don't say which part of the LDS site you have found this family on? If it is on the Pedigree file, then tread very carefully, these are patron submissions and are not verified by anyone. You really need to independantly check every piece of info.if its Pedigree File. My family is on there, going back to the year 804, includes a woman who had 44 children, married her own son three years before he was born and a 200 year gap! Good luck. Marjorie

thanks baz, my job woodhall was still around on the 1881 census does this mean it cannot be the one on lds because he died 1873 can we trust the dates on the latter day info. perhaps if i tried to find marriage records for job and mary i would have to search parish records wouldn't i but which ones.

thanks baz my job was the one married to mary, in 1851 they were living in Bishopgate st bham there eldest daughter was 14 so i estimate they got married around 1835, i need a link before this to the job woodall on lds b1805 at the moment i have nothing to link the 2 apart from date of birth any ideas kind regards

Can anybody help I have found Job woodhall in 1851 census b1805 and his family, on latterday saints there is a job woodhall of around the same age born in Dudley which is the same place and the family tree gos back and back how can i find the link that proves my job woodhall is the one on lds....please help. many thanks Barbara
