I normally go into Tools/Internet options/Settings/View Files and manually delete all the cookies other than this site and one or two others, thus retaining the log-in details. If you do that then first use the "delete files" button which will get rid of everything except cookies. If you do it every couple of days then you will probably only have a handful of cookies to delete, unless you surf like mad.

ive got xp .can i delete cookies on the tools at the top of the page. if i go on internet options and click on it it says delete cookies
