Can anyone help? I have just paid for 3 wills from National Archives but cannot download them, everytime I try I get 'Page cannot be displayed' and 'HTTP 500 - Internal server error Internet Explorer '. I have downloaded wills before without any problems. I have tried clearing my cookies. Sue:-) |

Can't help with the technicalities, but I would suggest you e-mail TNA straightaway - as you've paid I am sure they can help sort it out. nell |

Hi Susanne I had the same problem, I also had a problem with the quality of the print it was covered in smudges so I e-mailed them and they resacanned it and sent it again, I got a better copy and was able to downlaod it, however it took 3 weeks fro them to do this. Word of warning my copy appears to be to big for printing and I have tried all ways but the sides of the page are missing also I think a full page is missing from the end. Hope you get better copies Good Luck Chris |
