My grandfather James Arthur Bradbury was born in aston in 1912 and he had a younger named Harry. When my grandfather was 8 his parents, Thomas William Bradbury and Emma (Cook) died. The boys went to live with foster parents in Handsworth. How do i get my great grandparents death certificates with no date of death and how do i find out who was involved in the fostering process with no name for the foster parents?
