Norfolk Geography!

Hi Karen (you didnt go to Bromley Grammar did you?) I live in Wymondham. If you look on the map at Norwich go down the A11 about 8 miles south and there is Wymondham. If you go to Norfolk Family History Society Site you can see old parish layouts too. There is also a brilliant free site at Norfolk Transcription Archives. Let me know if you need any more local knowledge.

Karen, Try looking for WYMONDHAM, it is one of those places that is pronounced different from the spelling Sue:-)

Hi there, According to various censuses, one of my ancestors was born in Wyndham, Norfolk, but I can't seem to find this town/village on multimap! Please could somebody let me know where this place was/is? many thanks, Karen Pope
