I'm going to the local archives tomorrow to do a look up for a member who lives in Oz. I'm not sure what areas it actually covers, probably Ashton under Lyne, Stalybridge, Dukinfield, Hyde and any of the surrounding towns but if anyone needs anything while I'm in there, let me know before the morning.

Alyson This is going to sound really dumb but what can you look up? I have never asked anyone for local look ups before but I have a family that lived in Spring Gardens, Flowery Field Newton which is in the district of Ashton Under Lyme. (Must be) Very Dim Pat x

Hi Nichola Sorry, Salford etc definitely comes under city of Manchester, not the borders where I'm going to. Ali
