I downloaded the free version of GenPro just this afternoon Paul, after reading someone elses post about it. I've sent my family tree up by Gedcom file .... it takes 24 hrs now for it to go 'live' :) Sioux

Could be that your new computer has virus protection or firewall as standard and this is stopping the download. Try temporarily disabling it if you can.

I've just bought a new computer, saved my genpro to disk and it won't download to my new computer. I have my tree on Genes but liked to have them both running. Any ideas? Paul
