EXPORT/IMPORT TREES

Can anyone who was having problems importing/exporting their trees tell me if the problem has now been resolved please. There is no way that I shall retype all my husbands rellies on here again. I thought it was him (being an idiot) until I saw others were having problems. Pat

Hi Pat I thought I had successfully downloaded my tree last week once the problem was sorted out. I tried to upload it today and it doesn't appear :-( I'm thick about gedcoms at the best of time (and most other things! lol) so don't know what to do now Jeanette x

I downloaded mine ok a week or so ago. When you import, make sure that only you are present on the site and that your name and date of birth match your details in the gedcom you are importing. I hope that makes sense, but I know what I mean.

Carol I do know what you mean surprisingly! lol. But I was trying to upload mine to somewhere else and it doesn't show up. Going to try downloading it again then reuploading Jeanette x

Hi Only hubby on here checked all details still can't download wish GR would get back. His membership expires on the $th November not much point renewing it. Hope you all have more luck. Pat
