I am pretty new at this but can anyone tell me how to use the record office I have been trying to find instruction on how to nudge and reply to a answer I have been given. Many thanks Pauline

Hi Pauline To reply just click on the message title and then in the next window click on Add Reply. Type your reply in the box and then click on add message. To nudge do the same as above. By adding a reply it sends the message back to the top of the board Jeanette x
