Many thanks to Tracy! This time I did a name search and sent an email via that link instead as a reply through the sent and received emails and it worked! Now I have excuse not to do the ironing! Thankyou Sylvie |

Hi All! Thanks for your efforts. His name is in both my sent and received boxes and I sent another last evening when I noticed the problem but I will try again. No, he is definitely not there. I am going to send an email to the support people now Thanks again Sylvie |

Is his name not in your 'in box' or 'sent messages ' either? Try sending him another message and see if he goes in your contacts then. Not a very good suggestion i know but worth a try!! Tracey |

their names can still change. I had a contact on there called pink lady in pink boots..& now she is Mrs Pink in a Pink world !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? LOL Also.......if you have a lot of contacts...click on the 'show all' link. You might have more than one page of them |

Have you checked for an entry in your contacts list with right christian name but different surname - a couple of my contacts seem to appear in messages with maiden name but on list with married name Judith |

I have sent and received emails to a contact via the gr site and want to allow him access to my tree. However, his name does not appear in 'My Contacts'. How do I get around the problem please Sylvie |
