IS there a means to contacct Ancestry with details of corrections like there is on the 1901 site? Kim

Hi Kim, I wish I knew!! It took me ages to find a rellie in 1891. The surname was Stone, but mis-transcribed as Swn?? Hopefully someone who knows the answer will reply! Best wishes Paula

Kim, Yes there is and they normally like people to tell them about mistranscriptions. at the top right hand corner there is a help button it brings you through different subjects and if none match yours they have an automatic contact page. Pat x

I clicked on a name that was completely mistranscribed and it brings up a list, including do you want to correct a name. Apparently they cant correct place names yet though! Mine was Meins for Steers!!
