Hi Nichola, They have only just let overseas people order on-line since July. Even though I have bank account in UK they only changed it this week. Andrea

After several attempts last week to order certificates on-line from GRO, I went on the site today and was successful. It is cheaper for us living overseas to do it this way, thank goodness they got it sorted out. Andrea
