Hi, I have been having trouble accessing GR for the past couple of days. It's been very frustrating. In the end, (after trying various things with my firewall etc) I removed GR from my favourites and started again. I kept getting this message - you may need Active X to view on this website, do you want to install. Macromedia. Everytime I pressed yes, then visited another page, it came back. So I clicked the option which said 'always trust macromedia', or something like that, and now I can access GR properly again! hope I've done the right thing! Hmmmmm! good luck Ri

I thought I had heard of this somewhere but I put the full title in search and came up with a blank, when I put Macromedia in, I found all the times this had happened. Anyway its all sorted now thanks very much for your help, June

This has been a question that has been asked a number of times on GC/GR. If you type Macromedia into the search box at the top of this board you will be able to read the various threads on the subject. It would seem that as Johnathon has said...the best thing to do is press the YES option, and you should never be bothered again! Dee x
