	Hi there, i cannot upload an updated gedcom and am now regretting deleting the one that was on here originally. I have contacted GC for help but have had no response yet. Does anyone know how long it might take for a reply? Thank you Alison

Member Since: November 2003 Posts: 5 Send Message	When I had problems in September they replied in 3 days but didn't sort the problem out for nearly 3 weeks, I was going mad so I started emailing them about twice a day, that's when they corrected it. Good luck hope you don't have to wait as long. Jan
