Hi Can anybody please help me? I've received an email this morning to say I have a message from a lady called Barbara, when I've logged on to my messages on Genes connected I cannot find a message from her. I have tried to access the message via the message she sent me but no luck. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong or point me in the right direction please!!!! Cheryl

On your e mail there is a block so you have to click at top right to allow message through that way. It should tell you how to do this on your e mail message.

click on the red word that says messages on the left......then click on inbox. Should have Barbaras name there. Click on her name.

Hi Karen Tried clicking on the Red Box but there is no message from a Barbara in there, that's what I can't understand she's not even listed on my contacts list. I've looked in sent messages as well and I can't find one I've sent to a Barbara. Its a real mystery,on the email Genes sent this morning its got a copy of my original message !!!!!! Its driving me daft!!! Cheryl

I see what you mean now! I've had that trouble in the past and only could see my sent message, not the reply ( if mine ever got there that is!!) You may have to send her a short message on the boards asking her to contact you.
