Help Using PAF5 Please

Hi Maureen, Thanks I have just tried that however I don't think it is the same thing.... On the report we have it is printed in portrait whereas the way I have just tried on PAF has to be printed in Landscape. Also It doesn't add the corresponding little numbers. Thanks anyway though because at least I have discovered how to print sources one way :-) Still wanting to know how to get the numbers to show next to the text corresponding to the source please............ Gaynor Go to file click print reports then click on lists at the top there you will see sources click it and print. Good Luck Maureen |

If there is a function on the programme to produce reports, then have a look for print sources. I have not used PAF, so not sure how it works or what is on it. the programme I use has the print sources function, also it will print an indexed book of the whole family tree. |

My Husband has very kindly been sent a file from a relative and we have noticed that there is an Appendix at the back showing sources and also adding a small number on the report corresponding with the source in the Appendix. We have added sources as we have added ancestors to our tree as we have gone along but have noticed now that our reports do not have an Appendix or corresponding numbers. Does anyone know if there is somewhere in the programme which allows us to add an Appendix with corresponding small numbers to the text. Gaynor Ann |
