trying to view trees please help

Why when i know i have been given access can i still not view another members tree. What is it i am missing have also tried to allow another member access to mine but they just can't see it.

When it's says allow for other's trees, it means they can't see it!! That caught me out too!! It has to show remove for them to see it. That's mad, but true. Jacquie

I have only just managed to get this right - at least I think I have! I have had to think that if I click on remove - I have removed permission - is that right!!? Janice
