I'm not, but it doesn't matter. If he reads it, he'll see once and for all that I want nothing to do with him. He is clearly a coward if he would rather wait for me to contact him through a website than walk half a mile to my house. He hasn't been my father for 11 years, and I have no wish for him to start now. Thanks to all of you for your help x

Corrinne, I would contact GR asap! There are clear guidelines about adding "living" relatives and yours is a perfect example why they are in place. Good luck. Frances

i am a new member to this site. I looked up all the people who share my surname, and i was listed twice. I looked at it and found that my extrememly astranged "father" has put my details on here WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Apparently there is a photo of me, and I take it that I would have to send him a message in order to see it. I want to know exactly how up to date this photo would be, How would I be able to see it without contacting him? I don't want to contact him and I am not best pleased about the whole situation!!!
