I've tried to send someone a Census file but outlook has deleted the attachment at her end, saying it was unsafe. Has anyone any tips on how we can get round this problem? I have sent the same file to several other people with no problem. |

Depends on the anti virus software the person is using. Some delete all attachments, safe or unsafe depending on the settings. |

Helen, you say census file. Is this one of Gordons EXE files? If so, it will be seen as a programme and disposed of. If this is the case, you will need to extract the images as jpgs from the programme. I think this is on the file tab, then export. |

Thanks for your replies, we will have a go with your suggestions. I don't think it's the antivirus, as outlook itself is deleting the files. They are just Acrobat files, not exe as far as I am aware. |

Selena has contacted me to say she has received the first of the files so I can now send the others. Thanks everyone for your advice. |
