A birth certificate shows the child's mother as "Ann Keast late McCormick formerly Thomas". Am I right in thinking that she was McCormick in a previous marriage and her original maiden name was Thomas - or is it the other way round? Gordon

Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 2,364 Send Message	Re "Ann Keast late McCormick formerly Thomas". I think that Ann was married to a Mr McCormick then widowed (hence the late) and her maiden name was Thomas.
