Hi I have had problems too. I deleted my tree (or so I thought) to upload an updated one. That was fine but then a few days later I noticed that all the names that had been deleted were still on the list of names. These didn't have "in your tree" against them but "(contacted)". When I click on those names on view entire site I get a" to Marjorie from Marjorie". Try as I might I cannot open that persons data up or delete them. if you are following me this maens that most of my names are on the website twice. it's infuriating. not and really lol any ideas? I wonder if anyone can offer some advice. i have deleted my tree from GC so that i can upload a more up to date version. i have never had any problems uploading beofre but now i am continually getting error messages - something about line syntax i think. i have no idea what this means and it happens at a different place each time. Does anyone have any ideas what i could do? i have only been off GC for 3 days and i'm already getting withdrawal symptoms! have contacted GC help desk but no reply as yet. All help greatly received Alison
