Acid free document wallets

If you mean the A4 polythene pockets with the punched holes down the side, you can get them that don't lift off the print (as the previous reply said) - you don't need to go to the expense of acid free for that. The benefit of acid free is for keeping 'original' documents in good condition, like certificates. I use the ordinary ones for things like printouts of censuses etc. Mandy :) |

The acid free wallets stop the print from certificates etc from lifting off the paper. A while ago WHSmith were selling them half price for 99p for 50 !!!. |

Hi All, At a recent history fair a man tried agressively to sell me acid free document wallets. He was very scathing about the fact that I wasn't using them. As I'd just acquired 200 ordinary ones I thought it best to get some 'experienced' opinions as to which is best. ( I'm also tight with the pennies!!! :-)). I'd be interested to hear what you think.
