Support What Support!! I E Mailed GC twice in September, still waiting for a reply. As previous speaker has said they probably hope you go away! Janet

I'm still waiting for a reply to my mails in July/August with regard to updating my tree. I think they seem to rely heavily on time solving most problems. Either the problem goes away or you do.

hi i,ve got the same problem, just trying to get from screen to screen, have contacted support, but no reply yet, this is driving me crazy as it takes ages just trying to get an answer,love the help from people on this site they are sooo helpful, but probably won,t renew membership, as genes seem uninterested in their membership marcie x see how long this takes to connect

Spuport is not supporting very well at present!, I have been sending e-mails for nealy a week without reply, some people had had replies but just saying GR are working on it. We know if there is a problem it will take time to fix it, but after all we are paying for the site and are customers so they should at least give us an estimate of when it will be fixed!! I even requested for them to put a message on the boards so we know what is happening if they do not have time to reply, but all to no avail!! Sorry rant over for time being!!!!!

You and me both Adam I have been trying for about a week. I have emailed gr but no reply. Someone else emailed them and got a reply which said they were aware of the problem and were passing it to the technical team. Hopefully, it will be working soon.

I keep getting the following message each time I try to export my gedcom file.Despite messaging support a number of times over the last 2 days any ideas as whats wrong?
